Hello! My name is Kylee. I am the founder and owner of Bengallily. Besides working in health care for 23 years and holding a Master’s degree in Science, I have been a part of animal husbandry my entire life.

Building a breeding program could be compared to building a house. Breeding from unhealthy cats with poor temperaments or that lack breed type is like building a house from a pack of cards. Eventually it will come tumbling down and all the hard work will have been for nothing. More effort and expense goes into raising a litter of top quality kittens than does raising a litter of mediocre kittens. We don’t mind that hard work because it means bringing you the very best! BengalLily was started from the ground up, building this “house” with the highest quality Bengals in regards to pedigree, temperament, type and health. Lastly, we work on painting this “house” with gorgeous patterns and colors. 

Our cattery is TICA registered and follows the breeder’s Code of Ethics. Bengallily carries the TICA Outstanding Cattery Certificate. We genetically test all our breeding Bengals for PK-Def (Pyruvate kinase deficiency) and PRA- B (Progressive Retinal Atrophy.) Screening for HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy) is performed annually by a board certified veterinary cardiologist. 

We raise our kittens in our residence with lots of love and attention. Kittens produced in our cattery come with a Health Guarantee.

The Lily is perhaps the most symbolic flower of all time. We are inspired by the image of a water lily rising from the murky depths, out of the mud and blooming at water’s surface beautifully undefiled. The Lily symbolizes one’s ability to rise above and reach full potential despite a challenging path. With a play on words from TigerLily, BengalLily represents everything we like to see in a Bengal; wild looks, yet tame and with unprecedented beauty.
